Comercial Roig, S. A., is an agricultural company with more than 50 years dedicated to the commercialization of cocoa in the Dominican Republic. It was founded in 1967 by Gabriel Roig Roselló and Diego Pérez Fernández. They bet on cocoa as a promising future, basing the functioning and operations of the institution on trust and security; carving out an impeccable track record in the business and helping to position the cocoa trade in a privileged place at a national and international level, always committed to upholding our slogan: "ALWAYS PROVIDING TRUST".
For more than four decades, Comercial Roig, S.A., remained among the main exporters in the country, thanks to our operational structure projected towards the future of the cocoa trade, directing its greatest effort to satisfy the demanding international market, especially in the United States, Europe and Asia. Based on this projection, in 2008 ,Roig Agro-Cacao S. A was born as a special free zone company, strengthening the operational structure and adapting the market strategy to the new times.
